The Company

PinHawk LLC is a privately held company formed in 2005 with principal offices in New York City. PinHawk's mission is to collect and disseminate Web published content of interest to the decision maker and the knowledge worker.

PinHawk technology lets clients receive important business news automatically in an easy to read format. Our service eliminates the need to devote hours of time to search the web for news about clients, competitors, and other topics of interest.

We can easily add new searches and aggregate the results in a form that is easy to digest. PinHawk content can be delivered either in an email or through the Web. We track the usage of all of our published content.

PinHawk emails are distributed either as a PinHawk newsletter or as a client's private label. Private labeled emails may be used by an organization for internal news dissemination, or for marketing to prospects or clients.

Management

Joe Bookman
Principal, Founder

Joe Bookman has co-founded and built two technology companies, including CompInfo, which was acquired by PC DOCS, now part of Open Text. CompInfo's software, LawPack, was widely implemented in law firms and corporate legal departments. He also held management positions at CBS News with responsibility for Election Night Systems and survey processing.


Jack Hagouel
Principal, Founder

Jack Hagouel has held management positions with IBM, ITT and Contel. He founded, and still runs, Zeky Inc., a management consulting firm helping financial, pharmaceutical, and non-profit companies plan, and implement, technology dependent initiatives. He holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Columbia University.
