- A study of national cell phone data found that communities with lower income and greater support for the GOP in the 2016 election were less likely to follow social distancing guidelines.
- Synchronized travel restrictions, widespread use of masks, and isolation plus contact tracing are all effective tools in limiting spread and may all prove valuable as we move into the next phase of the pandemic.
